Starting Over offers self-help tools and general wellbeing guidance. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or a crisis service, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Automated suggestions

Personalized guidance is generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on it for decisions about your safety, health, children, finances or legal matters.

Your content

You own what you write. It stays on your device except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or its service, for example by trying to access it without the app, bypassing rate limits, or using it to harass another person.
